- If you lose your credentials or instruction book with the pin code Please send a clear Photo of the QR code and serial number from the side of the charge point and your address, to technical@deta.co.uk With this information we can recover the pin number from the system for your charge point.
- If the serial number sticker on the device is also damaged and cannot be seen clearly, you can check it through the app.
- If the app is also unbound, or the mobile phone is lost, you can obtain the serial number of the pile by searching the Bluetooth name of the pile through the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. (The serial number of the charging pile is the same as that of Bluetooth, and there is a corresponding relationship).
